It's a 1960s ranch that has had some updates and add-ons but isn't functioning at its fullest potential for our young family. Theresa was punctual and extremely personable the moment our virtual meeting started. She listened to me describe our spaces and how we use them and then gave direction on how to do a virtual walkthrough of our space so that she could get a visual of the layout and design of our home. I was BLOWN AWAY with how quickly she assessed our space and came up with several options within moments. It was a parent she has an eye for design and architectural style. She was able to paint a picture for how we could optimize our space with some structural changes - ones I hadn't previously considered but instantly synced with when she described what we can do. She also suggested options that could work without major structural changes, I appreciate because sometimes larger projects aren't feasible with how a home was built, so having a plan B is amazing too.
