What Purple Beauty is this?

I just walked outside, and found my curiosity and appreciation captured once again, by mother nature. While I genuinely enjoy plants and flowers....I often have no idea what they're called. 🤦

We planted these recent additions a couple of weeks ago and we're all loving them. My oldest (son) loves the funky shape, my middle (son) loves the deep purple color and my youngest (daughter) is a fan of the tiny mauve flowers it makes! I don't even know what it's called, buy I sure do love the way this plant holds the dew in droplets along the leaves edge. It's beautiful every morning. 💧🌄
